Terms of Service
By using MzaziCare you agree to use the platform responsibly and to follow these basic rules:
- Provide accurate information when you register and book a caregiver.
- Treat caregivers and families with respect; harassment or abuse is grounds for account suspension.
- Payments for caregiving services flow through escrow until the visit is completed.
- MzaziCare facilitates introductions and bookings; caregivers are independent service providers.
- Disputes are resolved first through in-app support, then through Kenyan courts of competent jurisdiction.
